Peel Strength Testing

Peel strength is generally used to measure the adhesive bond strength of a material, typically and adhesive. Peel strength is the average load per unit width of bond line required to separate bonded materials where the angle of separation is 180-degrees.
抗剥强度通常用来测量材料的粘结强度,典型的材料如粘结剂。抗剥强度是指分开粘结材料且分开角度为180度时粘结缝每单位宽度上所需要的平均载荷。

  1. The purpose of a Peel strength tester, also known as a bond strength tester, is to measure the force required to peel apart two bonded surfaces. It is commonly used in industries such as manufacturing, packaging, and automotive to assess the quality and durability of adhesive bonds. Peel strength testers help ensure that adhesive joints meet required standards and specifications, ultimately contributing to the reliability and performance of bonded materials and products.
